- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Overall sales activities for industrial laser oscillators (visiting assigned customers, collecting information, and making proposals).
- Specific sales activities include clarifying the requirements of assigned customers
- Selecting proposed products
- Explaining and conducting product tests for customers
- Identifying issues from test results and making re-proposals
- Submitting estimates
- Following up until order receipt and processing orders
- Coordinating delivery
- Providing post-delivery follow-up.
- Challenges of the job
- Accurately grasp the potential needs of customers and make proposals that incorporate the strengths of our products.
- Continuously building good relationships with the internal technical and service teams, and providing appropriate support and solutions for any product issues or challenges that arise at the customer's site.
- Through these activities, steadily building relationships with customers and gaining their trust.
業務内容:- 産業用レーザ発振器の営業活動全般(担当顧客への訪問と情報収集および提案)。

- 提案製品の選定
- 顧客への説明と製品テスト実施
- テスト結果の課題明確化と再提案
- 見積提出
- 受注までのフォローと受注処理
- 納入調整
- 納入後のフォロー

- 客先の潜在的なニーズをいかにくみ取り、自社の製品の強みを織り込んだ提案ができるかどうか。
- また、常に社内の技術チームやサービスチームとの良好な関係を構築し、客先で発生する製品の問題や課題に対して適切なサポートや解決策を提供すること。
- さらに、これらの活動を通して客先との着実な関係構築を実現し信頼を得ること。
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Technical knowledge equivalent to a vocational school or higher, and over 5 years of sales experience in industrial machinery (automobiles, electrical and electronic, machine tools, etc.).
- Someone who can build continuous and good relationships with customers with sincerity and perseverance.
- A person who can communicate and work proactively with different teams within the company and is committed to achieving organizational goals.
- An ordinary driver's license and a driving record.
- Japanese (native level)
- English (basic level: able to handle without resistance).
必須要件:- 専門学校以上の理系知識および、産業機械(自動車・電機電子・工作機械など)の5年以上の営業経験。
- 誠意と粘り強さをもって顧客との継続的且つ良好な関係を構築ができる方。
- 社内の異なるチームとのコミュニケーションとチームワークに前向きに取り組み、組織の目標達成にコミットできる方。
- 普通自動車免許と運転履歴。
- 日本語(ネイティブレベル)
- 英語(初級レベル:抵抗感なく対応することができる)
