Responsibilities

• 担当するマネージングディレクタと密に連携し、成長機会の特定や体系的なアカウントマネジメントを通じて、保険トランスフォーメーション・プラクティスの戦略策定および実行を担う
• クライアントエンゲージメントを立ち上げからデリバリーまで主導し、シニアステークホルダーとの重要な窓口として関係性を構築しながら、長期的なパートナーシップにつながる高付加価値なサービスを提供する
• 保険業務プロセス、デジタルトランスフォーメーション、システム導入、ならびにオペレーティングモデル設計に関して、専門的な知見に基づく戦略的・実践的なガイダンスを提供する

Requirements

必須条件：

• 最低10～12年の実務経験（日系保険会社での保険業務経験を含む）
• 保険業務、テクノロジー導入、組織再設計のいずれか1つ以上を含む、複数の変革を成功させた実績を示すこと。
• 生損保を問わず、日本の保険業界に関する知識を有し、規制環境、市場力学、競争環境、業界動向を理解していること
• 文化的背景を超え、国際的なチームで効果的に働く能力
