Responsibilities

• 新規事業創出支援（戦略立案、事業計画策定、シナリオ作成、推進）
• 新規事業戦略に基づく施策の立案支援（オープンイノベーション、スタートアップ投資、イントレプレナー支援、人材育成）
• 施策の実現に貢献する伴走型支援（開発案件、制作案件のタスク管理、進行管理およびプロジェクト伴走推進）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 保険業界でのご経験
• コンサルティング業界
• 情報収集/資料作成に対応できるレベルの英語力（Reading/Writing）

歓迎条件：

• 保険業界でのご経験（新規事業開発、イノベーションに関連する部署）
• コンサルティング業界（戦略・新規事業開発のプロジェクト経験）
• スタートアップ関連のご経験
• ディスカッション、交渉に対応できるレベルの英語力（Listening/Speaking)
