In particular, we help companies optimize their management and financial strategies to achieve business growth and maximize value, leveraging our expertise in M&A, capital market transactions, and financial restructuring to provide solutions that meet our clients' needs. We also develop strategies to support our clients' sustainable growth by staying abreast of domestic and international regulations and market trends. Our data analysis and technology-enabled approach helps clients make more effective decisions and contributes to their business success.

Responsibilities

• 大企業の新規事業支援/オープンイノベーション支援
• 官公庁へ政策提言/ベンチャー政策・産業政策の立案・実行支援
• ベンチャー企業の成長支援コンサル

Requirements

必須条件：

• 理系の修士以上の学歴で、コンサル経験もある方
• コンサル経験がなくても、企業での研究開発や新規事業開発といった、クライアントとなりうる方々と近しい経験を持つ方
• ビジネス英会話（海外のスタートアップとのコミュニケーションの機会もある仕事です。）
