Responsibilities

RAのディレクターとして下記業務をお任せします。

• 組織方針および法規に基づきスタッフを管理し、業務計画、割当て、指導、評価、人材育成、表彰・懲戒を実施する。
• 労務課題への対応や問題解決、人事・給与関連の決裁を行う。
• チームのリソースを最適に配分し、業務量や品質指標を定期的に評価する。
• 他部門と連携し、プロジェクトやチームに関する課題を解決する。
• 地域戦略の検討に参加し、グローバル方針に沿った施策を実行する。
• スタッフに戦略を浸透させ、施策の実行計画を策定する。
• 複数拠点の財務管理責任を担い、成長やリスクを監視・対応する。
• 大規模・複雑なプロジェクトを統括し、必要に応じて戦略的コンサルティングを提供する。
• 規制当局や社内関係者との会議を適切に管理し、期待値調整を行う。
• 入札戦略の策定を主導する場合がある。
• 学会等で規制関連テーマの講演や発表を行う場合がある。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 薬事マネジャーあるいはそれに準ずる経験
• 実担当者としてMHLW／PMDA対応の照会事項対応を行った経験
• 関連法規（GCP、GMPなど）の知識

歓迎条件:

• 複数の治療領域の経験
• 対面助言実施の経験
• 対面助言あるいは承認申請に関わり、照会事項対応を行った経験
