Requirements

■必須

• 研修や学習プログラムの企画・運営経験3年以上
• 組織開発、エンゲージメント施策の企画・運営経験3年以上
• 9boxなどを活用したタレントレビューやハイポテンシャル人材の特定経験
• インクルージョン関連施策の企画・実務経験
• エンゲージメントサーベイや人事データ分析の経験
• Excel（関数、ピボット等）、PowerPointでの資料作成
• 現場～役員までのステークホルダーマネジメント
• 複数案件を同時進行するタイムマネジメント
• 英語でのビジネス文書作成・会話が可能な方（HQとのやり取りがあるため）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
