Responsibilities

採用・評価制度・人材開発を中心に組織を一緒に創ってくださる方を募集します。事業を成長に導くための「人」と「組織」にまつわる戦略策定と実行を実現していただきます。 業務内容：

• 事業計画の実現のための組織設計
• 採用戦略の立案と実行
• 評価制度の設計、継続的なアップデート
• オンボーディング、人材開発の企画立案・実施

Requirements

必須要件：

• 採用や組織開発などのHR部門でリーダーシップを持ち成果を出した経験
• 事業会社での採用戦略立案・実行経験
• 知的好奇心を高めることが好きな方
• 当事者意識を持ち、セルフスターター志向で物事を推し進めていける方
• オープンマインドで建設的なフィードバックができる方
• ビジネスレベル日本語

歓迎要件：

• ベンチャー企業における採用・組織開発などの実務経験
