Responsibilities

１．経営戦略に沿った、組織・人事戦略の策定・実行２．全社要員計画の策定・全社導入・実行３．プロジェクトマネジメント

• 人事企画関連のプロジェクトの計画・実行・管理
• プロジェクトチームのリードとステークホルダーとの調整
• 総合企画(経営企画)など他部署との連携プロジェクトへの参加
• クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトのマネジメント

４．特命業務

• 経営層からの重点課題解決に向けた意思決定支援など特命業務の遂行
• 緊急対応や特別プロジェクトのリード

Requirements

必須条件:

• コンサルティングファームや大規模プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
• グローバルな環境での業務経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション力とステークホルダーマネジメント力
• 分析力と問題解決能力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎条件:

• コンサルティングファームでのプロジェクトをリードした経験
• クライアントの要望や分析した現状から課題を特定し、解決策を立案、メンバーに指示・指導をしながら、アウトプットをだしてきた経験
• 多国籍のメンバーを率いてプロジェクトを推進した経験
