Responsibilities

台湾企業への組織コンサルタントとして、同社のマネジメント理論を通して組織改革をしていただきます。

• 経営者に対し当社のトレーニングをご提案
• 成約したお客様に対し、トレーニングを実施（講師も兼務となり、提案から一気通貫して顧客の組織づくりに関わることが出来ます）
  • 組織マネジメントにおける課題のヒアリング
  • お客様自身の思考傾向のヒアリング
  • 経営層やマネジメント層へのトレーニング（マンツーマン型・集合型）
• 理論の浸透を目的とし、経営者様、企業様と伴走し組織作りのお手伝い

Requirements

必須条件：

• 台湾語をビジネスで使ったことがある方（経験職種は問いません）※海外営業やコンサルタント、台湾語でのコミュニケーションが取れる方

歓迎条件：

• 財務諸表が読める方
• マネジメントの経験がある方
