Responsibilities

HRプロフェッショナルとして、地域のHRチームと密接に連携し、より効率的な給与や社会保険手続きに向けた推進を進めていただくポジションになります。

• 労務推進プロジェクトへの参画
• 本国からの給与、従業員の問い合わせ
• 従業員のオンボーディングとオフボーディングのサポート
• 人物と組織のデータ管理

Requirements

必須要件：※下記いずれか

• 労務におけるプロジェクト推進経験
• HRサービスおよび給与計算におけるパートナーやベンダーの管理経験
