Responsibilities

通訳業務をお任せいたします。＜対応案件＞

• 各グループ会社の取締役会議、経営会議、Steering Committee、各種委員会、Visitor対応、プロジェクト会議、タウンホール、社員向けイベント・セミナー、部門内（1対1、部会、課会等）等
• FSA訪問
• 全国の支店、代理店、Scaled Center訪問（出張や時間外対応あり）
• 代理店含むビジネスパートナーとの会議（訪問含む）、懇親会、会食
• サポート対象部門：商品、損サ、営業、人事、オペレーション、ファイナンス、IT、CRE等

<通訳形式>

• MS Teamsを使用した同時（日⇔英）通訳（一部逐次通訳あり）（必要なデバイスは支給します）
• リモート及び対面
• 日本語→英語、英語→日本語 ※日本語→英語が約8割

<通訳業務にあたり>

• アサインされた会議に関する事前準備や下調べ、対応方法の事前打ち合わせ。必要に応じ課内メンバーから引き継ぎ
• 会議資料の確認、読み込み
• 課内への内容フィードバック（必要に応じ）
• 翻訳（発生ベース）

<補足>

• アサインは概ね数日前～前日までに確定します
• OJTとして会議オブザーブから始め、まずはペアを組んで通訳対応いただきます。1on1や逐次通訳から担当いただき、習熟度やキャリア志向に合わせて案件がアサインされます。
• 慣れるまでメンターがサポートします。疑問点、不明点など随時相談可能。通訳経験無い方、情報の取り扱い等の注意事項含め丁寧に指導します。

Requirements

• 学士号または同等の学位
• 日本語と英語のコミュニケーション能力
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• Management levelの通訳経験３年以上
