Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 日本現地テストチームをリードして、海外客先との連携いたします。
• 海外開発部との連携（英語使用）
  • 見積＆納品対応
  • 進捗報告
  • Q&A対応
• 内部テスト計画作成、実施、状況Follow-up
• 内部管理プロセスの対応
  • コスト管理含めてのプロジェクト変更手続き
  • 経費精算申請手続き

Requirements

必須要件：

• プロジェクト管理経験、若しくは開発/テストリード経験
• テストチームリーダーとして、チームメンバーの調整/Follow/管理能力
• 日本語：Native Level
• プロとしてお客様の要望や課題をくみ取り、適切に対応できる課題解決力、提案力。
• 多言語・多文化の環境下でも円滑に業務を遂行できるコミュニケーション力。
• 新しい知識や技術を積極的に学ぼうとする意欲。
• 明るく内部のメンバーやお客様とのコミュニケーションが好きな方
