Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 顧客の要望から運用まで、プロジェクト全体をリードする。
• 既存および潜在顧客とのコミュニケーション（リモートおよびオンサイト）により、当社の既存ハードウェアおよびアプリケーション、または新規開発のインストールに関する要件を定義し、問題を解決する。
• 顧客の要望を実現するため、海外の工場、開発者、プロジェクトに関わる外部パートナー（サードパーティの開発者、ベンダーなど）と連携する。
• プロジェクトのマイルストーンをタイムリーに実現するためにスケジュール管理を行う。
• 現場でのシステムの設置および試運転。
• 顧客へのハードウェアおよびアプリケーションのトレーニング。
• システム問題のトラブルシューティング、ハードウェア/ソフトウェア障害の診断と解決。
• 当社システムに関する操作上の質問（ユーザーサポート）において、手順書や関連レポートをサポートとともに顧客に提供する。

Requirements

必須要件：

• エレクトロニクス／ITに関する知識
• 以下の1つ以上の中級から上級の知識
  • Windows OS
  • プログラミング言語
  • データベースシステム
  • ネットワーク技術
• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（口頭・書面）の優れた知識
• 8年以上の実務経験（技術系が望ましい）
