Responsibilities

• プロジェクトを最初から最後まで主導し、実施する責任があります。
• プリセールスチームの仕事を引き継ぎ、顧客のニーズを満たすために技術的および組織的な調整を行います。
• プロジェクトの計画を定義し、予算枠内でコストと費用を維持する責任があります。
• プロジェクトに関与するすべてのチームをリードします。
• フィールドプロジェクトエンジニアと緊密に連携して、技術的なマイルストーンが尊重されるようにします。
• ローカルビジネスユニットのマネージングディレクターの直接の監督の下で働くことになります。
• すべてのプロジェクトフェーズでクライアントの優先的な連絡先として機能します。

Requirements

• 技術/ロジスティクスプロジェクト管理経験（7年以上）
• 複雑なプロジェクト管理の成功実績
• 優れたコミュニケーションスキル（言語的および非言語的）
• プロジェクト計画ツールとソフトウェアの知見
• ロジスティクスの問題に関する幅広い知識
• 機械工学および電気工学に関する一般的な知識
• 日本語能力及び英語能力：どちらも流暢レベル以上
