Responsibilities

• 人財戦略（施策）の企画・実行・推進
• 従業員対応、パフォーマンス管理、組織開発等に関する助言提案
• 従業員エンゲージメント、カルチャー、チェンジマネジメントの取組強化の推進
• 各種Survey ・データ作成・活用によるビジネス部門への意思決定の推進
• Head Count / Labor Cost管理
• 従業員からの問い合わせ対応
• 人事システム（Workday）を活用した人事異動等の対応
• 各種Pjt.への参画・メンバー牽引

Requirements

必須条件：

• HRBPとしての業務経験（5年程度）※従業員数1000人以上の会社での経験
• 採用、人財開発等領域での業務経験（7年程度）
• チームもしくはPJTのリーダー経験
• 業務で使用できる英語力（会話、メール等／英語の業務利用頻度：文章・ほぼない、会話・少ない）
• 英会話：日常会話可能
• 英文：ビジネス文書可能
• TOEIC(R)テスト：700点以上　目安のため必達ではない

• コーチング等の資格をお持ちの方
