Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Response to inquiries and orders from customers. 
  • Creation of quotations.
  • Sales accounting tasks.
  • Collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Communication with overseas factories, export/import confirmation tasks.
  • Data entry using various systems.

業務内容:
  • 取引先(既存・新規)からの問い合わせや注文への対応
  • 見積もり(事前・修理後)作成
  • 売上計上に関する業務
  • エンジニアチームとの連携業務
  • 海外工場とのやり取り、輸出・輸入確認業務
  • 各種システムの入力処理
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience of Sales Administration or Customer Service.
  • Basic PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • English skill (reading and writing).
  • Experience working in a team.
 Preferred qualifications: 
  • Experience using SAP or other core systems is preferred.
  • Experience working in multitasking is preferred.



必須要件:
  • 営業事務やカスタマーサービス経験5年以上
  • 基本的なPCスキル(Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • 読み書きレベルの英語力(海外とのやり取りに必要)
  • チームワークで業務を進めてきた経験がある方

歓迎要件: 
  • SAPもしくはその他基幹システムを用いた業務経験歓迎
  • マルチタスクで業務を進めてきた経験がある方歓迎
