Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Plans and monitors the headcount according to budget and company needs
  • Controls overall personal costs of the company
  • Develops and implements the company HR policies and procedures and assures that these policies are applied throughout the organization
  • Implement and support organizational development programs (performance management system, employee survey, organizational development, succession planning etc)
  • Develop and execute compensation and benefits policies and procedures
  • Organizes benefits benchmark with other companies
  • Assures effective communication between employees and management
  • Manages recruitment process, defines most suitable and cost efficient recruitment channels
  • Develops the company image on the local labor market, manages participation in labor fairs
  • Set up and execute training plan according to company needs and in line with individual development expectations
  • Promotes company values and assures that employees form a cohesive and motivated team dedicated to reach company goals
  • Provides assistance and advise to employees in administrative issues
  • Provides assistance to President in administrative issues
  • Manages the administration of expatriates contracts
  • Assists managers in all labor related issues
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of HR management experience
  • Fluent English and Japanese skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Can work with autonomy
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
