Responsibilities
Main responsibilities: (List 5 - 8 major accountabilities below)

  • Regularly report to the team leader of industrial automation sales
  • Manage own sales accounts and Achieve sales target/goals
  • Actively offer effective and flexible solutions to customers, working with others such as sales engineers and engineers when necessary.
  • Forecast and purse major prospects to set sales targets of individual customers.
  • Make and propose the sales strategy with the market insight and the voice of customers.
  • Identify and propose our products that meet customer needs which is even customer doesn't know.
  • Closely work with team members to build good relationship and make synergy.
Requirements
Qualifications: Education/degree

  • Engineer background (BS in engineering), Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is a big plus
  • Advanced degree / master’s degree such as MBA is a plus Work experience
  • 7+ years’ experience as an engineer or sales engineer
  • Technical background to allow high degree of knowledge of Motion application
  • Prior experience in Hydraulic market business preferred Other skills, experiences or highly desirable qualifications
  • Excellent communication for both written and oral
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Ability to be responsible for the proposal of value added system to the customers (Cost estimation, system concept, schedule, etc)
  • Ability to work under pressure and ambiguous environment, meet deadlines and result oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to make sound technical and commercial decisions and proposals
  • Account planning and strategy for individual customers
  • Development of new accounts and market analysis
  • Self-reliant individual, but team player as consensus-driven
  • Program/project management experience beneficial
  • Experience working overseas is a plus
