Responsibilities

• 一定期間、海外人事管理業務に従事した後は、人事領域の業務(人事戦略、施策の立案、労務管理、海外事務所HR担当、異動配置(HRBP)、採用、研修企画等)で活躍し、将来、ラインマネジメント職または人事領域の高度専門職を担える人材になって頂くことを期待します。
• また、ご本人の希望と能力次第では、社内ローテーションとして人事以外のプロジェクト管理部門、販売、経営企画、財務・経理等のコーポ―レート部門への異動もあります。 

Requirements

• 大卒以上
• 人事・労務関連の基礎的な実務知識・労働法知識を有する方
• 事業会社における海外人事管理担当を含む人事領域の実務経験者（5年程度）（海外人事管理経験は必須) ※海外人事管理業務としては、本社(日本)から行う、駐在員関連規定や海外事務所の人事規定整備や現地社員採用の支援、海外駐在員の給与等労務管理、赴任/帰任にあたっての支援等の業務を指します
• 多様なステークホルダーを巻き込む力がある方
• 協調性があり、チームプレーヤーとして行動できること
• 海外経験（駐在経験だけでなく海外事業所とのやり取り含め）があること

歓迎条件:

• グローバル展開する企業の日本拠点(本社・支社含む)における海外人事管理業務の経験
• 海外企業における現地での人事管理業務の経験
• 海外取引先、パートナーとの人事に関する契約書(出向契約書等)の作成、相手先との交渉/調整の経験
• ビジネスサイドのマネジメントクラス以上との折衝・調整経験
