Responsibilities

業務内容： 

• People Strategy & People Experience：　人事戦略・Priorities策定・実行、およびWellbeing推進
• Workforce：　将来的なスキル/専門性の需要供給の可視化と最適化と人事フローの構築に向けた企画立案・推進
• Talent & Impact：　Succession Planning、Talent Management、Career Path、Performance Management、Feedbackなどの企画立案・推進
• Total Rewards：　報酬設計・給与改定その他非金銭報酬を含むRewardsの企画立案、調査・分析
• Inclusion & Diversity：　I&D施策の企画立案・推進
• People Survey / Analytics：　従業員満足度調査などのEmployee listening施策の企画・実行、および機械学習などを活用したPeople analytics施策の企画・展開

Requirements

必須要件：

• 人事業務経験 5年以上 and/or 経営層に対して提案し、自ら企画、実行した経験がある方
• チームマネジメントの経験
• 対人関係・コミュニケーション能力
• 分析力、仮説・課題設定能力
• 提案力

 歓迎要件：

• プロフェッショナルファームの業界知識
• 人事コンサルティングの経験
• AlteryxやTableauなどBIツールの使用経験（あるいは習得に向けた強い学習意欲があること）
• 英語力（読み書き＋コールでの基礎的なやり取り）
• ビジネス日本語:日本語検定1級相当（国籍不問）
