Responsibilities
Main responsibilities: 
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and distributors,
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries,
  • Protect brand image and reliability and foster growth-friendly supply chain practices.
  • Train employees, emphasizing safety guidelines and promoting a culture of excellence
  • Analyze shipping and delivery data with an eye for optimization.
  • Understand the company’s supply chain process and objectives, and develop strategies to improve efficiencies
  • Ensure the flow of goods in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner between the global factories, our warehouse and clients.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions for streamlining the supply chain
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Technical Support and Sales Teams) to ensure required capacity, production, and inventory plans are achieved
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure that they meet quality standards and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast future needs and develop plans to accommodate growth
  • Prepare reports on supply chain metrics for upper management
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new ERP/MRP systems as needed
  • Train and motivate a team of supply chain staff
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • University graduate
  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management, such as inventory control, sales order management and demand forecasting
  • Enough competency in management role
  • Working experience with ERP programs (SAP, ORACLE, etc.)
  • Ability to lead, train and mentor employees on a personal level
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Creative problem-solving and a strategic and analytical mind
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field

Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a supply chain manager is plus
