Main responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and distributors,
- Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries,
- Protect brand image and reliability and foster growth-friendly supply chain practices.
- Train employees, emphasizing safety guidelines and promoting a culture of excellence
- Analyze shipping and delivery data with an eye for optimization.
- Understand the company’s supply chain process and objectives, and develop strategies to improve efficiencies
- Ensure the flow of goods in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner between the global factories, our warehouse and clients.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions for streamlining the supply chain
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions
- Work closely with cross functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Technical Support and Sales Teams) to ensure required capacity, production, and inventory plans are achieved
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure that they meet quality standards and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast future needs and develop plans to accommodate growth
- Prepare reports on supply chain metrics for upper management
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements
- Assist with the development and implementation of new ERP/MRP systems as needed
- Train and motivate a team of supply chain staff
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- University graduate
- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management, such as inventory control, sales order management and demand forecasting
- Enough competency in management role
- Working experience with ERP programs (SAP, ORACLE, etc.)
- Ability to lead, train and mentor employees on a personal level
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Creative problem-solving and a strategic and analytical mind
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field
Preferred qualifications:- Previous experience as a supply chain manager is plus
