Responsibilities

• 所属するビジネスユニットの強みや弱み、市場、競合、パートナ等の内外環境分析。
• 分析結果から考えうるデジタルを中心とした成長戦略を立案し、施策を当該ビジネスユニット内で提案、提案認可後は関係する事業部門とともに事業戦略を推進。

Requirements

• IT・IoT関係SIやサービス事業での経営戦略立案に携わった経験
• 産業・流通業種の企業向けに経営コンサルティング事業に携わった経験

歓迎条件：

• 経営戦略・事業戦略立案に関する知識
• IT分野のパッケージベンダや競合の戦略分析、財務分析経験
• 外部企業のパートナリング・アライアンスをもとにした成長戦略立案と交渉の経験
• IT/IoT分野におけるM&Aの経験
