本ポジションでは、SIL/HIL/実車環境でのテスト戦略の立案から、実行・評価・改善まで、システムバリデーション領域全体を技術的・組織的にリードいただきます。
また、顧客対応も含めたプロジェクトQCT（品質・コスト・納期）達成の責任者として、グローバル開発チームと密に連携します。
■具体的な業務内容
システムバリデーションサブプロジェクトの全体戦略立案・実行・進捗管理
テストリソース（人・環境・ツール・予算）を最適に計画・活用し、顧客マイルストーンに向けて高品質なアウトプットを提供
テストチーム（System Test Leads、Integration Leads等）を横断的にリード
テスト戦略策定・レビュー・改善の継続的実施
