Responsibilities: As Finance Manager you will be reporting to the Regional Business Controller. Responsibilities: 顧客対話と分析テーマ設計:
当社の大型顧客と直接対話し、業務上の課題やデータ活用のニーズを深掘り
顧客保有データと当社プラットフォームデータを組み合わせ、「何を分析すれば顧客の事業に貢献できるか」を共同で設計
データ分析と示唆抽出:
会話ログ（LINE／SMS／Voice）・イベントデータ・コールログを分析
業務パターンの可視化、成約・離脱シグナルの抽出、接点拡張の機会特定を実施
アクション提案とROI定量化:
分析から得た示唆を具体的なアクション提案に落とし込み、コスト削減額・成約率改善などの経済効果を定量化
事例を積み重ねることでデータ分析の価値を顧客に証明
プロダクトへのフィードバック:
分析で繰り返し発見されるパターンをプロダクトチームにフィードバックし、機能化・自動化を推進
チーム立ち上げ:
分析手法やナレッジの体系化を行い、チーム拡大に向けた基盤を構築

Company overview: We are a major oil exploration and production company. We develop, produce, transport, and sell oil and natural gas resources in Japan and abroad. We have been engaged in the extraction of oil and gas fields in the areas of Hokkaido, Akita, Yamagata, and Niigata prefectures, and have converted from a public to a private sector company. We are also engaged in research and development of GTL fuel, methane hydrate, and oil sands, and possess some of Japan\'s leading pipeline transportation technologies. Furthermore, we are actively pursuing overseas expansion, acquiring interests in the Garraf oil field in Iraq and shale gas in Canada.
