■具体的な業務内容
中長期経営戦略の策定と推進(国内外の市場環境／事業状況を分析し、海外展開を含む成長戦略を設計／実行)
事業計画／予実管理(全社予算や主要KPIを設計／モニタリングし、経営会議でのレビューおよび改善提案を通じて組織の成果の最大化)
国内外グループ会社の経営支援(新規海外拠点設立や駐在員事務所の現法化をリードし、子会社の成長戦略を支援)
ガバナンス・リスクマネジメント(コンプライアンス、BCP、情報セキュリティ等の仕組みを整備・実行し、持続可能な経営基盤の強化)
経営会議の運営／特命対応(経営会議の企画／資料作成／ファシリテーションを担い、社長直轄の重要テーマや新規事業の推進)
※新設部署での勤務となります。現在は、社員1名が稼働中です。
※海外出張は半年に1回（ヨーロッパ、インド）、1週間程度を想定しています。
