Responsibilities

• 株主総会の企画・運営
• 社内重要会議の企画・運営（取締役会、指名・報酬委員会、経営会議 等）
• コーポレートガバナンスの実効性向上に向けた諸施策の企画・実行、および情報開示（CG報告書、統合報告書 等）
• グループ会社の商業登記、株主総会、配当、その他の会社法関連手続きの管理・支援
• 同社およびグループ会社の決裁や、コーポレートガバナンスにかかる規程の管理、社内規程の統括

Requirements

必須条件:以下いずれかのご経験

• 英語での会議資料・議事録作成、英語での口頭による業務上のコミュニケーション力
• 経営企画、全社戦略、経営会議事務局のご経験
• コーポレートガバナンスの企画、推進のご経験
• 会社法に関する知識をお持ちで、商事法務のご経験をお持ちの方

※直接のご経験が無くても親和性の高い業務経験や課題把握から、論点設定、解決策の実行が出来れば可歓迎条件:

• グローバルに事業展開する企業での総務・法務・経営管理・内部統制等のバックオフィス経験
