Responsibilities

経企メンバーとして、予実管理、KPI管理、レポート作成業務、などを担当、それらの報告、業績予測をサポート。その他、業務改善案の策定や実行をサポート。年次予算の策定に対し、各SSLやリーダーシップ陣との連携を担当。また、チームへの個別サポートも想定。JapanとしてGlobalとの折衝や連絡確認、その他Regionとの連携など海外とのやりとりも想定。

Requirements

＜業種未経験歓迎・職種未経験歓迎＞必須条件:

• 社会人経験7年以上
• 大卒以上
• Office（特にExcel）
• ファイナンスやビジネスオペレーションなどの管理部門での経験

歓迎条件:

• D365/C365/ SAPなどのERPシステムなど、管理系システムのユーザー経験
• 外資系企業など、複雑な組織体系でのファイナンス、ビジネスオペレーションなどの業務経験
• 若手社員、派遣社員、契約社員などチームを率いて、業務を遂行する必要があり、マネージメント経験
