経営理念の実践及び中長期的な当社事業の成長を目的として、事業戦略に基づくM&A・アライアンスの各種調査、企画立案、実行に関する業務を担当していただきます。
■具体的な業務内容M&A・アライアンス戦略の立案、対象企業の選定
新規案件（M&A・アライアンス）のソーシング活動
M&A案件の実行
M&A実行後のPMI戦略の企画・推進
M&A案件パイプラインの管理
M&Aガイドライン等の社内基準の整備・改善
■配属先について部署人数：3名（平均年齢52.0歳）
部署の雰囲気：経営戦略より数年前からM&Aを強化しており、新設された組織です。少数精鋭の組織ではありますが、M&Aアドバイザリー出身者もおり、専門家組織。メンバー内のコミュニケーションやマーケティング部隊との交流も多くある組織です。
海外出向：可能性あり（3年程度）
海外出張：あり（年間0～5回程度）
■働く環境：オフィスは千葉県松戸市にあり、最寄駅は都心から30～40分程度ですので、都内からの通勤も可能です。
テレワークを活用するなど、働く場所にとらわれない働き方をしている社員が増えています。（部署によって出社頻度は異なります）
自動車通勤も可能で、会社敷地内に駐車いただけます。また規程に定められたガソリン代が支給されます。（社員の7割が自動車通勤）
社員食堂のランチは1食300円～400円で提供されており、社員満足度も高いです。
