• 金融（保険）業界向けコンサルティングサービスに携わっていただきます。
• 事業戦略策定・組織再編支援
• オペレーションモデル変革支援（業務可視化・コスト化）
• カスタマー・エクスペリエンス、営業強化支援
• IT戦略
• 海外展開支援
• 経営管理・リスク管理・規制対応

Requirements

＜コンサルファーム出身者＞

• コンサルティング業界での経験（※保険業界の知見・経験は不問）
• 業務やITの企画の経験
• プロジェクト経験
• 英語力：読み書きに支障がないレベル※TOEIC(R)目安700点以上目安

＜事業会社出身者＞

• 保険会社、銀行等の他金融機関（その他事業会社でも可）での経験
• 経営企画の経験
• 事業開発／新規ビジネス企画の経験
• 営業企画の経験
• その他コーポレートスタッフ部門の経験
• 英語力：ある程度の話・読み書き※TOEIC(R)850点以上目安
