国際物流改革の推進 (地政学リスクへの対応、輸送確保、運賃低減、海外拠点の物流改善等)
国内物流の最適化 (輸送ルート・倉庫配置の最適化、システム導入検討、トラック積載率向上、資材共通化等)
物流におけるCO2削減、コストダウン施策の推進
物流戦略の企画立案、KPI設定・管理
２．オペレーション管理生産・販売計画に基づいた出荷・配送計画の策定・実行
国内外の物流拠点、倉庫、輸送業者の選定・管理・評価
在庫管理、最適化
