- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- 3PL Warehouse Management
- Lead and optimize all aspects of 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and cost efficiency.
- Proactively manage and resolve claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing potential losses.
- Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives, challenging existing processes and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational flows, including stock entry, delivery, returns, and disposal processes.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures, ensuring adherence by both company and 3PL teams to maintain operational excellence.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, cost, efficiency, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), conducting in-depth analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaboration with Key Stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, including transportation, stock management, and customer care, to ensure seamless warehouse operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate on capacity planning, factoring in upcoming launches, promotions, evolving customer requirements, and potential disruptions (e.g., natural disasters, traffic incidents) to ensure operational readiness and business continuity.

Minimum requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of warehouse operations and 3PL management.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business level fluency in Japanese and English.
- Proven experience managing 3PL relationships within a similar industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
