- Responsibilities

- Main Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling available to sell inventory regularly in alignment with appropriate departments.
- Achieve KPI target such as forecast accuracy and on time delivery
- Maintains SAP master data in line with local compliance set up (SoD)
- LT management related with site operation
- Project lead for new product launch
- Assures inbound supply according to the monthly rolling forecast plan
- Assures the appropriate level of stock for finished products, intermediates and packaging materials
- Is responsible for short/mid (0-2 years) product supply plans in coordination with Atsugi and global sites
- Takes the necessary steps to minimise inventory Write Offs based on forecast changes or over supply
- Provides analytical input to Atsugi production planning and global sites for the finished and semi finished products`
- Works closely with local customer service and WS management team ensuring optimum information flow between the company and customer
- Proactively communicates with key stakeholders and engages to avoid supply shortages
- Drives process improvements to share the best practice
- Be able to lead cross functional meeting (IBP, S&OP, demand and supply review)
- Is the first point of contact for global supply chain
- Aligns on MRP parameter setting with Atsugi and Global team
- Prepares weekly and monthly inventory reports and inbound updates to the team concerned
- Participates and engages in APAC or Global projects
- Requirements

- University degree related to business management or supply chain management
- About 5~10 years experience related to demand supply planning, production planning and inventory management
- Experience in manufacturing industry must to have
- Experienced SAP MM PP module user with MRP knowledge
- Supplier management experience
- Project management skills and experience
- SAP IBP user and demand forecast experience
- Strong Microsoft office skills (especially in excel)
- Good communication and negotiation skills (both in Eng and Japanese)(Communication with global including negotiation and presentation in English is needed for the role)
- Continuous improvement mindset utilizing digital tools
- APICS certification is as a plus
