要求仕様からより具体的な仕様の策定を担当する。
所属する組織の方針に基づき、開発工程の管理、組織内のメンバーの進捗管理、収支・資産の管理を行う。
前記アプリケーション開発、システム構築、保守を、上司の監督のもと責任を持って遂行する。
ServiceNowを活用した業務アプリケーション開発・保守ServiceNowの標準機能と実際の業務とのギャップや解決すべき課題を踏まえて、お客さまのやりたいこと（ビジョン）やシステムの全体構想をお客さまと共有しながら、お客さま業務にとっての最適解を導き提案する。
ServiceNowのアプリケーション開発の取りまとめ者として、お客さま課題を解決する業務アプリケーションの開発・保守に対して責任を負う。
