コア人事、給与計算、勤怠管理、タレントマネジメントなどの人事業務領域を広くカバーし、構想策定、要件定義、システム導入、運用安定化、継続的な改善までの一連のフェーズを一気通貫で支援します。
企業のグローバル化が加速している現在は、グローバルに統一されたコア人事とタレントマネジメントの導入支援をする機会が多く、海外展開に伴う機能改善や業務プロセスの標準化を併せて支援することも求められています。
本ポジションでは、業務要件を整理し、設計実装を行い、テストを経て、運用保守、プロセス改善に至るまでのあらゆるフェーズにおいてプロジェクトを遂行します。プロジェクトリーダーの指導の下、メンバー進捗管理や課題管理等のマネジメントのサポートにも携わっていただきます。
クライアント固有の業務要件については、Java/ABAPなどによるプログラム開発が発生する場合もあります。

■業務詳細：
以下のいずれかの業務をご担当いただきます。
１）人事システム導入コンサルタント
構想策定、要件定義、設計、実装（設定/開発）、データ移行、テスト、本番切替サポート、運用保守を含む、人事システム導入プロジェクトの実行をして頂きます。

2）人事システム運用保守マネージャ
運用設計、変更管理、障害対応、運用プロセス改善、開発拠点の管理などを含む、人事システム運用保守プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトのリードおよびマネジメント
