主に以下のトピックについて、コンプライアンスに関する活動を推進しています。
業務内容：
行動規範、コンプライアンスハンドブック、第三者行動規範の展開・周知
贈収賄の防止、贈答・接待に関する各種ガイドラインや手続の制定
インサイダー取引の防止
反社会的勢力への対応
マネー・ローンダリングの防止
公正競争阻害行為の防止
また上記項目を担保するために、以下の事項を実施しています。研修（年次、入社時、New Partner/Manager、Global必須）

経理関連業務改善効率化
なお、月次、年次決算において、親会社への報告はフランスのカレンダーに基づきます。
