Responsibilities

コンサルタントからの依頼に基づき、各種リサーチ調査やサポート業務をご担当頂きます。

• リサーチ(全体の80%程度を占める)：M&Aに関する様々なデータ収集（記事、事例、M&A履歴等）やテーマに応じた各種調査業務
• サポート業務：M&Aに関するパイプライン管理、ロングリスト作成、カンパニープロファイル等の資料作成といったサポート業務。

Requirements

必須:

• リサーチ業務経験をお持ちの方（コンサルティング会社、金融機関等）

歓迎:

• 英語力

語学:

• 英語：中級
• TOEIC 700
