Responsibilities

• 投資領域の分析及び選定、投資候補先の抽出／コミュニケーション、各種デューデリジェンス、内部手続に関する対応
• 投資後のグループ会社管理に関する対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• 論理的思考、新しい物事をキャッチアップする積極的な姿勢、迅速な業務処理能力

歓迎条件：

• デジタル領域に関する知見（大手SIer等での業務経験3年以上）
• 経理／財務領域に関する知見（大手企業の経理／財務職での業務経験3年以上）
• 戦略／総合コンサルティングファーム経験2年以上
• 事業会社での経営戦略もしくはM&Aに関する業務経験3年以上
