- ■仕事の内容：海外の石油やガスや発電所等のプラント会社の顧客に対して、機械や機械部品を メインに海外営業を担当頂きます。基本業務としてメールや電話でのやり取りを中心に、数ヶ月に1度(期間:1～2週間程)の海外出張がございます。
<具体的には>仕入れ先と共に、海外の顧客先を訪れ、商品の説明及び納期・価格調整等の折衝を行います。既存顧客がメインで、官公庁の顧客も多く、100％海外企業になりますので、英語でのコミュニケーションが日常的に発生します。
※中東等海外の顧客(プラント現場)に行って頂くこともございます。
■入社後：1～2年程、貿易業界の知識を業務を通じて習得して頂きます。業務の習熟度に合わせて、海外出張にも行って頂きます。
中東の石油精製工場、砂糖工場などプラントという大きな施設を問題なく稼働させるために大きな責任と役割を担うやりがいのある業務です。
将来はチームの中核メンバーとなり、他の社員が困ったときに頼りになるようなスタッフになっていただけることを期待します。
<サポート体制について>まず社内システムの使い方を習得していただき、当社の営業業務の流れを基礎からお教えします。
■働き方：業務習得後は自分で仕事を取ったり、海外出張を作ったりと裁量権高く、豊富なチャンスが与えられます。
現在は2回/週を上限として在宅勤務を取り入れています。
