Main responsibilities:
Establish both long-term and short-term objectives for strategic customer with input and support of business unit, creating a plan for reaching those items. That plan involves assigning actions and ownership to the appropriate team members.
Define account plan (strategies, goals and objectives) with stakeholders and coordinate internal resources for execution to the plan
