Responsibilities: 独自の小型衛星技術によって、宇宙を当たり前のように利用する社会を目指す宇宙スタートアップにおいて、機械エンジニアリングマネージャーを募集します。2018年に初の衛星打ち上げに成功して以来、順調に事業を拡大させている同社。2021年3月には新たに4機を打ち上げ、現在では計5機の衛星を運用しています。今後は、さらに衛星数を増やし50機体制を目指しています。取得した衛星観測データは、国内外の政府機関や企業に提供しており、すでに多くの顧客から高い評価を得ています。多数の衛星で地球を高頻度に観測するという、これまでにないインフラ構築を通じて、社会に貢献したいという革新的なビジョンに共感し、共に未来を切り拓く仲間をお待ちしています！
■仕事内容：
人工衛星の構造・熱設計を行う5〜10人のエンジニアリングチームをマネジメントして頂きます。チームは同時並行で進捗する複数の衛星開発プロジェクトのシステム全体、および搭載コンポーネントの構造・熱設計、解析、組立手順検討、試験を行います。プロジェクトが着実に進行するようメンバーのタレントやスケジュール、リソースを考慮しながら適切にアサイン、進捗管理、必要に応じた外注などを行って頂きます。また当社人工衛星の構造・熱システムに関する今後の技術開発方針の策定や、設計・開発プロセスの改善、メンバーの指導・育成も行って頂きます。

開発方針の判断と意思決定、指示
プロジェクト側とのスケジュール、予算、スコープ調整
各種開発文書（設計書、試験報告書、組立手順書、図面等）のレビュー
構造・熱システムの技術開発方針の策定
設計・開発プロセスの改善
チームに所属するエンジニアの育成、評価、採用
