Responsibilities

■Responsibilities

• Workforce Data Analytics
  • Integrate people, training, skills, area requirement, and operational data to identify workforce capability gaps, coverage risks, and development opportunities.
• Role-to-Skill Mapping
  • Build role-to-skill mapping frameworks, skill inventories, capability profiles, and workforce segmentation models to support talent and workforce planning.
• Capability-Based Workforce Planning
  • Develop capability-driven HC models, staffing forecasts, readiness dashboards, and coverage monitoring routines.
• Insights and Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with functional M2/M3 leaders, HR, IE, Workforce Development, and AI teams to translate workforce data into clear recommendations and action plans.
• AI-Enabled Workforce Intelligence
  • Apply AI-enabled analytics to improve data consolidation, pattern identification, scenario modeling, and workforce insight generation.

• 人材データ分析・活用
  • People、Training、Skills、Area Requirement、Operational Dataの統合による人材能力ギャップ、カバレッジリスクおよび育成機会の特定
• 職務・スキル体系構築
  • Role-to-Skill Mapping、スキルインベントリ、能力プロファイルおよび人材セグメンテーションモデルの構築によるタレントマネジメントおよび要員計画の支援
• 能力ベース人員計画
  • 能力ベースのHCモデル、人員需要予測、レディネスダッシュボードおよびカバレッジモニタリング体制の開発
• ステークホルダー協働と提言活動
  • Functional M2/M3、HR、IE、Workforce Development、AIチームとの連携による人材データの分析および提言・アクションプランへの変換
• AI活用による人材インテリジェンス強化
  • AIを活用したデータ統合、パターン分析、シナリオモデリングおよび人材インサイト創出の推進
  • 人材データ分析に基づく組織能力向上および戦略的人員計画の策定支援
  • AI活用によるワークフォースインテリジェンス高度化およびデータドリブンな人材戦略の推進

Requirements

■必須

• 工学、コンピュータ工学、数学または関連分野における学士号、修士号または博士号
• AI、機械学習（Machine Learning）、データサイエンスまたはデータ分析分野での実務経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキルまたは英語スキル
