Responsibilities: IT Administratorは、会社のすべての情報システムの評価、展開、保守、および技術サポートを担当し、コンプライアンスに基づいて関連するプロセス仕様を策定し、文書を作成します。会社のセキュリティ、効率性、持続可能性に尽力し、従業員に安定した業務環境を提供します。業務内容：
社内システムのメンテナンスActiveDirectory、DHCP、DNSなどのAD関連システムの導入およびメンテナンス
メールフロー管理、メールボックス割り当て、メールセキュリティ設定などのExchangeサービスのメンテナンス
スイッチ、ファイアウォールの構成変更、ワイヤレスサービスの障害分析デバッグと解決など、ネットワーク機器の運用と保守
Office365およびAzure関連のメンテナンス（ライセンスの調達および割り当て、Exchange Onlineのメンテナンス、Microsoft Teamsのメンテナンス、Azureリソースの割り当てを含むが、これらに限定されない）
ポリシーの更新、ソフトウェアの更新と展開、ポリシーの監査と展開を含む、MDMの管理とメンテナンス
ITシステムのパッチ適用、ハードウェアのファームウェア更新、セキュリティ脆弱性の強化など、IT資産のアップグレードと更新
SLA要件を保証するための本番サービスの監視

ユーザーサポートヘルプデスク関連を含む、社内ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応
ユーザーのオンボーディングとオフボーディングのためのハードウェアの準備と回収管理
