Responsibilities

• Enterprise AI Architectureの全体方針策定・統括。クラウド基盤・AIエージェント・データ連携の設計標準化と、関係グループへの技術指示
• 自社AI Platformの技術ロードマップ策定とアーキテクチャレビューの主導。新技術（LLM・マルチエージェント等）の評価・採用判断
• AIバディ・AIアシスタント等の全社共通AIアプリの設計・実装に参画。PoC・プロトタイプを自ら構築し、技術的方向性を示す
• 事業部門と協働し、業務課題からAIユースケースを引き出して要件定義から展開まで伴走する
• ローコード開発ツールを活用した民主開発（市民開発者支援）の仕組みづくりと技術標準の整備

Requirements

必要業務経験：

• エンタープライズ規模のAI／クラウドアーキテクチャ設計経験（3年以上）。複数チーム・複数システムにまたがる設計統括の実績
• LLM・AIエージェントを用いたシステムの実装経験。RAG・オーケストレーション・API連携等を自ら手を動かして開発した実績
• 事業部門・非エンジニアへのAIユースケース提案・推進経験。技術をビジネス価値に翻訳し、合意を取った実績
• アジャイル開発環境でのテクニカルリード経験
