案件概要SAP S/4HANA FICO、SDMM、Central Financeをベースとしたグローバルプラットフォーム化プロジェクト。
海外のビジネスメンバー、ISメンバーと出張を含めてコミュニケーションをとりながらプロジェクトを推進しています。

プロジェクトの期間例１～３年（大型のプロジェクトでは５年を超える案件もあります）

プロジェクト規模例ISチームは 20～100人超規模（海外メンバーも多く参加します）

メンバーとして、プロジェクト内の機能領域ごとのチーム、テストチーム、移行チームといったチームのリーダ業務を主に担当。
プロジェクト全般的に、海外も含むパートナー会社の方にサポートしていただくケースあり。
