• OSS開発チームリーダーとして、開発計画の遂行を責任もって取り組んでいただきます。事業部のOSS技術の中核として、技術で事業部を牽引できるチームを作り上げることを期待します。
  • 開発計画の推進
  • コミュニティへの参加、機能取り組みのため、コミュニティエンジニアとの議論・交渉
  • 開発機能の製品への組み込みのため、製品ベンダとの議論・交渉
  • OSS技術者の育成

【募集範囲と業務内容】

• 担当業務・PJ概要
  • Linux/Open Stack/KubernetesなどのOSS(オープンソースソフトウェア)コミュニティに参画し、お客様の課題を解決するための機能開発をコミュニティで行い、ベンダの製品に組み込んで提供することで事業部のビジネスを支える業務を担当します。
• 具体的な業務内容
  • 当プロジェクトでは、以下の開発を行っています。
    • CDI(Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure)を実現するためのOSSソフトウェア開発
    •  例) k8sのスケジューラ改善によるハードウェア資源の動的増減設機能開発
  • クラウドをMC(ミッションクリティカル)な分野に適用するための機能改善
    •  例) OpenStack上の仮想マシンのデータ移行機能開発

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 開発のチームリーダー経験
• Linux/OSS関連製品知識
• ソフトウェア製品開発の基礎知識
• 海外開発者・海外ベンダとやり取りできる英語力

■歓迎条件：

• OSSコミュニティへの参加経験
• 各種Linux/OSS技術者認定資格
