Company overview

We provide support for Japanese companies expanding their IT globally and for foreign companies introducing IT into the Japanese market. We leverage our Global Delivery Service, emphasizing quality management and standardization, in collaboration with our development centers worldwide. As a Global SIer, we assist Japanese multinational companies and foreign companies aiming to enter Japan, with local bases in China, Europe, and India. Our main business includes system development and package implementation based on industry knowledge, as well as SI services such as operation and maintenance. We also offer industry-specific applications and IoT services.

Responsibilities

• システム導入プロジェクトの企画/構想策定フェーズや要件定義フェーズで業務コンサルタントとしてチームをリードする。また、クライアントへの提案活動において業務コンサルタント目線での提案書作成、及びプレゼンテーションを実施する。（チーム規模：～10名）
• クライアントへのヒアリング、及び成果物作成
• 外部ベンダーとの連携・管理
• クライアント、各関係者との折衝
• 部下育成、チームマネージメント

Requirements

• 製造業のクライアントのプロジェクトでの業務コンサルタント経験
• 業務コンサルタントとしての経験が5年以上ある方
