生命保険基幹システムのモダナイゼーションプロジェクトにおいて、報酬管理プロセスの簡素化およびクラウド移行を推進するプロジェクトマネージャーポジションです。
ビジネス部門、技術チーム、ベンダーなど多様なステークホルダーと連携しながら、基幹システム刷新をリードいただきます。

■主な業務内容

• プロジェクト全体の計画策定および推進
• クラウド移行および業務プロセス簡素化戦略の立案・実行
• プロジェクト進捗管理およびレポーティング
• チェンジマネジメントの推進
• 関係者向けトレーニングおよび定着支援
• ビジネス部門、IT部門、外部ベンダーとの連携・調整
• リスク管理および品質管理
• 規制要件およびコンプライアンス対応
• 社内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションおよび意思決定支援

Requirements

■必須

• 8年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験（保険・金融業界でのIT変革プロジェクト経験3年以上含む）
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• クラウド移行や保険システムの知識

■歓迎

• PMP、PRINCE2等の資格保有
• 日本の保険業界規制への理解
