Responsibilities

同社の次世代業務プラットフォーム刷新プロジェクトの中核となるコミッション・報酬プロセスの簡素化と基幹システムのクラウド移行を主導いただきます。現行メインフレーム上の関連アプリケーションを安全かつ拡張性あるクラウド環境へ移行し、レガシーシステム廃止を実現することで、業務効率・柔軟性・コンプライアンス強化に寄与していただきます。プロジェクトマネージャーとして多様なステークホルダーと連携し、業界のDXを推進する役割です。

• プロジェクト全体のリードおよび計画策定
• 移行・簡素化戦略の立案と推進
• 進捗管理・レポーティング業務
• チェンジマネジメントと関係者向け研修の実施
• ビジネス部門や技術チーム、外部ベンダーとの連携
• リスク・品質管理および規制遵守の監督
• 関係当局や社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・コミュニケーション

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 8年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験（保険・金融業界でのIT変革プロジェクト経験3年以上含む）
• 英語でのコミュニケーション力
• クラウド移行や保険システムの知識

■歓迎条件：

• PMP、PRINCE2等の資格保有
• 日本の保険業界規制への理解
