- 安全基準の適用を担当し、QRQC手法（全機能）、同業者のOJT（On the Job Training）、スクラップ停止手順（全製造に関連）を用いて、V5000、TS16949、V1000、ISO14001、OHSAS18001基準を遵守する（該当する場合）。
品質研究所と保証分析グループを日常的に計画、指揮、組織化、管理する。
QS9000/TS16949、ISO、14001、ISO17025規格に準拠し、最高水準の業務を遂行する。
試験を実施し、試験結果を評価し、報告書を発行する。
品質試験所の運営試験手順の開発、修正、検証、実施、維持に貢献する。
試験スケジュールと試験結果について他部門に助言し、支援する。
未解決、完了した試験依頼と報告書のファイルを管理する。
完了すべき作業の進捗管理。
ラボの試験機器の適切な操作、メンテナンス、校正を確実に行う。
ラボでの安全手順が常に守られていることを確認する。
職務内容を管理し、ラボ職員のパフォーマンスを向上させるためのトレーニングプログラムを開始する。
自律的能力を最大化し、将来の認証プログラム要件を満たすための長期的なラボ開発を調整する。
消耗品、設備、人員の予算管理を行う。
