Responsibilities

■概要：自動車用電子部品（センターディスプレイ、スピードメーター等）の製造を行う工場において、新製品／プロジェクトに関する以下の業務をお任せします。

• 工場内準備状況の進捗管理
• 製造コストの見積り作業

■詳細：

• 工場内準備状況の進捗管理
  • プログラムマネージャー及び、設計などの社内外部組織、海外拠点と協業し、プロジェクト計画を策定する
  • 計画の実現可能性を判断すると共に、必要なリソースをコーディネート、必要に応じてエスカレーションを行う
  • プロジェクトチーム間で進捗情報を共有
  • 計画実行のための予算承認及び実績管理
• 製造コストの見積り作業
  • 新商品生産に対し、必要な工場内投資試算
  • 想定する工程におけるサイクルタイム等、生産に必要な工数試算

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製造業における新製品量産準備、またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 実務での英語の使用経験（Business Conversation）

■歓迎条件：

• 自動車関連企業での新製品立上げ経験
• 自動化ラインの工程開発／設計／導入経験
• 製品検査装置、測定機を用いた工程の立上げ及び、改善経験
• 海外勤務経験
• MS Office（Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook）、AutoCAD経験
