- 業務目標：
顧客満足に関する高い要求水準を遵守しつつ、Cash flow の重要KPI である在庫回転日数(DOS – Days of Supply)、在庫金額を達成する。
サプライチェーン本部のPlanning function として、事業成長を支える。これは包括的な需要計画・供給計画および在庫マネジメント業務から成る。
過剰在庫や使用不能在庫(E&O)を減らし、保有在庫を最適化すること。
当社のお客様の高い期待値の要求に応えるとともに、日本国内の法規、社内ルール、各種規制への対応を確実に行うこと。
担当事業部やビジネスユニットのDOSターゲットと在庫金額ターゲットを達成すること。売上目標やLIFR(Line Item Fill Rate: 商品充足率)といった他の重要な指標も同時に達成すること。また顧客の希望納期の遵守を確実に行い、売上を最大化するための適切な在庫状況、すなわち在庫充足率を確実にすることも重要である。
必要な在庫のレビューおこなうこと。そのうえで改善アクションを取ること。これはDOSや在庫金額の達成、サービスレベルの向上のために極めて重要である。
在庫状況や需要計画マネジメントのプロセスに絶えず注意を払いレヴューし、評価すること。評価結果に応じて関連するプロセスなどを改善したり、再定義を行ったりすること。またそれらを必ずドキュメント化し、フローチャートなどを用いて確実に業務に落とし込むこと。
必要に応じて在庫状況や需要フォーキャストに対してより深い分析を行うこと。そのうえで新たな機会や改善を行うことが強く求められる。
業務内容：
営業/サービスチームおよびマーケティングから、製品ライフサイクル、キャンペーンなどによる需要の変化に関する情報を入手し、少なくとも四半期に一度は予算内で ERP の安全在庫レベルを維持する。またキャンペーンなどの突発的な需要については、その在庫投資の必要性を慎重に検討し、必要に応じて事前に大量注文を行う必要がある。
実際のトレンドと需要予測をモニターし、月次需要予測プロセスで変更を提案します。また、発注後に予測と実績を再検討する。発注残の水準が適切な水準を超えている場合は、調達チームと連携して発注キャンセルなどの迅速な対応を行う。
月次の在庫予測と実際のパフォーマンスを比較し、在庫状況を最適に保つための根本原因と対策を報告する。特に四半期の最終月は、在庫レベルをより頻繁に、理想的には毎日確認し、必要に応じて明確な説明と対策アクションを添えてマネジメントに着地見込みを提供する。
回転していない、あるいは回転が遅い在庫とE&O引当金をレヴューして分析する。そして、部門横断的に関連チームと協力して削減計画とアクションを特定し確実に実行し、担当部門のE&O支出目標を達成する。
SOP/作業指示書を作成し、変更の都度修正する。またこれらは業務における再現性を重視する必要がある。既存のSOP/作業手順を適切に確認し、更新する。
関連するサプライチェーンの各部署、他の部門（営業/サービス、財務など）、および他国のカウンターパートと良好な関係を構築し、彼らを巻き込んで問題解決と改善活動を実施する。
