Responsibilities

■業務内容：
店舗で使用する食器や消耗品、店舗備品（調理器具、ユニフォームなど）など、食の提供に欠かせない非食材商品のバイイングを通して事業拡大をグローバルスケールで対応できる方を募集いたします。
【業務の範囲：会社の定める業務】


■業務詳細：
【1】貿易業務・貿易業務全般の理解と運用

• 三国間貿易実務と管理、及び報告
• 三国間貿易の拡充（同社ーグループ会社の海外展開サポート）
• 海外駐在の可能性あり

【2】マス・マーチャンダイジングの推進（尚可のご経験：入社後習得していただく想定です）

• 海外サプライヤーの新規開拓、及び交渉
• 新規商材開発、提案
• 海外サプライヤーとの取引条件設定とその運用
• 海外業態との交渉とその結果に沿ったアクション

【3】チームワーク・チームとの円滑なコミュニケーション

• 活動実績レポートの作成、報告

※
【1】は入社直後から従事していただく予定です。【2】に関しては未経験の場合、OJTを通して徐々にキャッチアップしていただきます。また【2】のご経験がメインの方も大歓迎です。前述通り入社後【1】の業務をOJTを通してキャッチアップしていただきます。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 実践的英語コミュニケーション能力（目安：TOEIC（R）テスト750点以上）
• 貿易に関わる職務経験（輸出入・三国間貿易）

■歓迎要件：

• 責任あるポジションでの海外駐在経験
• 海外企業との各種交渉実施経験
• 報告書の的確なアウトプット能力
• 中国語スキル
