■業務内容：当社の国際物流部門において、船会社との海上運賃交渉を通じたコスト競争力のある運賃の獲得を担当していただきます。具体的には、以下のような業務をお任せします。
■業務詳細：船会社との価格交渉（ボリュームディスカウントや長期/短期契約の使い分け等を活用）
市場動向や需給バランスの分析を基にした運賃戦略の立案・国際物流に関する知識を活かした購買施策の企画・実行（集中購買・購買方法見直し）
チームリーダーとして購買業務の円滑な推進
現在、海上運賃の高騰や不安定な需給状況が続く中、専門的な知識と経験を持つプロフェッショナルの力を求めています。
■就業環境：平均残業時間15時間程度
リモート勤務週1回程度
■住宅手当について：単身者寮：負担額月6千円（水道・光熱費込／朝夕食事費用別）
※規定あり（30歳～：12,000円、35歳～：24,000円、40歳～：30,000円（以降65歳まで年齢に応じた自己負担額の定め有））社宅（ご結婚後）：負担額月1万円
※基準面積67㎡試算※規定あり（35歳～：16,000円、45歳～：22,000円、55歳～：26,000円）自宅購入：自宅購入支援金（2,400,000円／5年）、自宅維持費（138,000円／年）
