We operate diverse businesses such as e-commerce, finance, and digital content, offering various services including online shopping platforms, cloud services, and internet banking. We also provide point programs and media content to enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities

• SKU選定・在庫・補充といったコアオペレーションの設計・改善
• 属人的な運用から仕組み化
• 在庫回転・欠品・廃棄といったKPIの横断的なマネジメント
• データ分析から課題を発見してオペレーション改善のリード
• 将来的には、需要予測やネットワーク設計など、より上流のSCM戦略領域全般

Requirements

必須条件：

• 以下いずれかの経験（目安：3年以上）
• ECまたは小売業における物流／在庫管理／オペレーション経験
• 3PL・配送会社との折衝／運用管理経験
• KPI管理（在庫回転・欠品率・生産性等）を通じた改善経験
• Excel／PowerPointを用いたデータ分析・KPI管理・レポーティング経験
• オペレーション（物流・在庫・店舗・サプライチェーン等）の運用または改善経験
• 課題を特定し、自ら改善施策を実行・推進した経験
• 英語力：TOEIC（R）800点以上
