仕入リベート課の中核を担う実務スペシャリストとして、プロダクトマジメント部門やマーケティング部門と密に連携を行いながら、データ照合やExcelツールによるレポート作成などを含めて、リベート契約の管理、及び契約に基づいた正しい会計処理の実行、ベンダーに対する債権残高の見届けを行って頂きます。
◆具体的な業務内容
リベートプラン確認及び承認契約リベート内容の確認（英文契約も一部あり）
会計処理･管理上必要となる項目の確認
月次・四半期・年次決算業務リベート計上金額の内容確認及び承認
リベートプラン毎の残高の妥当性確認
請求業務リベート請求内容の集計及び請求確認
請求書発行処理
買掛金への回収連絡
未入金確認
残高確認・債権回収フォローアップリベートプラン毎の残高管理（Aging管理を含む）
未回収・長期滞留債権解消に向けたフォローアップ
プロセス改善業務移管お及び連携の見直し及び月次レポートオペレーション業務改善の推進
レポーティングの質的向上の推進
