売買取引及び融資に関し、売買契約書・金銭消費貸借契約書等に基づき抵当権設定を含む決済遂行のための事務全般 (英文決済書類の確認、米国エスクロー他との英語のメールでのやりとり)
ローン完済に伴う抵当権解除の手続きにおいて、米国側の事務手続きを担当
新商品開発・新規州開拓等に関して必要とされる米国各州での貸付、抵当権設定、不動産売買取引の決済等に関する情報の入手
売買取引完了後に生じる買主及び売り主の米国での確定申告等の事務において、米国側関係者との交渉に関し支援を行う
